History Kerry London Financial Services Ltd is the Financial Services arm of Kerry London Ltd. Kerry London Ltd was established in 1986 and has rapidly expanded to become one of the UK’s leading specialists in construction & commercial Insurance. Having built an extensive client base, it was found that our clients also had financial services requirements which needed to be addressed. Kerry London Financial Services Ltd was then established in 1988 and has since grown with staff now covering 4 offices including; Isleworth, Godalming, London and Watford. Philosophy We are dedicated to providing high quality, unbiased financial solutions to all clients who include; small and medium and large businesses, private individuals and high net worth clients. Our aim is to forge strong, long lasting relationships so that as our clients’ needs change and develop, we are in a position to ensure that they are always properly advised. Our Team Our team consists of consultants who specialise in a number of different areas including; Estate Planning, Pensions, Mortgages and Investments. We all draw on each others expertise in order to make sure that our clients receive the best possible advice in all areas of their finances. Kerry London Financial Services Ltd are highly committed to maintaining and developing their staff’s knowledge and professional qualifications, again ensuring that the advice our clients receive is always up to date. At Kerry London Financial Services Ltd we also have a highly knowledgeable, dedicated support team who assist with the research and administration of all recommended financial products. Working alongside the advisers they ensure that our clients always receive the quality of service they deserve. Remuneration We can offer our clients the following two choices of remuneration; A Fee Basis We have a menu of fees which can be made available on request Or Commission Based This is a more traditional form of remuneration where we will be paid commission from service providers. A Fee Based relationship Generally a corresponding enhancement can generally be added to the policy benefits and the cumulative effect of this can be very attractive. Commission Based relationship Customers often find this a transparent way of seeing how, and how much we are being remunerated for our services. A great deal of publicity has been paid to the suggestion that there is a conflict of interest when an IFA is remunerated on a commission basis. We can assure our clients that at Kerry London Financial Services Ltd, the way in which we are remunerated has no bearing on the high standards of care, service and professionalism that they have come to expect from KLFS advisers. That assurance arises out of valuing clients and the knowledge that sound ethical and professional advice tailored to clients needs is the reason for Kerry London Financial Services Ltd’s continuing growth and success.
